Volta Mantovana is a tourist resort on the Mincio River, a "Gonzaga" river which runs through several towns famous for historical events such as Goito, Curtatone and Montanara. Volta Mantovana is also right beside the city of art of Mantova (Mantua), a pretty city framed by three lakes which give the city an unmistakable atmosphere of light, and also near other important tourist resorts like Desenzano, which has some remarkable Roman ruins
