Militello Rosmarino is a small town dipped in Nabrodi Natural Park area. The The Nebrodi area offers many different types of excursions: "the Nebrodi Ridge" runs across the natural reserve from west to east for about 70 kms joining to the main roads which run through the woods from north to south. This is a long excursion route which, winding up the only high altitude damp areas in Sicily in the mountainous zone of the woods, runs through almost unpolluted natural landscapes. Along the route marked by road signs, you can stop and relax in areas of great naturalistic interest.
