Capoterra is in in the Province of Cagliari.Going on along the coastal road you can easy arrive to Pula, famous for its beach of Nora where there is the important remains of the famous fenicia-punico-romans town, one of the most famous of the Mediterranean. Continuing along the coast there are the beaches of S.Margherita di Pula. At 15 Km from Pula there is Chia, famous for its very white beaches, for its high dune of sand where it is possible to lie down in the shade of the centuries-old junipers. Its beaches as Campana, Spartivento, Su Giudeu, La Colonia, Cala Cipolla and many others are a spectacle of colours. Going on Teulada you can find other beaches, in the summer you can reach by the sea Cala Zafferanu (belongs to N.A.T.O.) and then the isle of S. Pietro.
