Camaiore develops over the charming peaks of the Apuan Alps and runs as far as the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the real heart of an area full of charm and tradition: the Versilia region. In very few places the world over is it possible to find such a wonderful combination of breathtaking landscapes and views: from the sea to the hills, from the mountains to the lakes and from the beaches to the "Apuan" Park.
This region consists of as many as 24 different sections, including busy and well-known towns, like Lido di Camaiore "Beach" town, a famous coastal area with wonderful sandy beaches, and Capezzano Pianore, which was famous in the past for the production of strawberries and is now mostly known due to its flower production, as it is one of Europe's leading flower areas. Nor should you miss all the delightful hillside towns, full of history, tradition and, of course, stunning landscapes.
