Terms and conditions of Booking

Terms and conditions of booking herewith are valid ONLY in case your request is processed by Italia Lodging® (Ulisse 2000 S.r.l.) - this in not the case if you contact directly the innkeeper of an accommodation you chose:

Booking procedure

· once you have sent the availability/info inquiry to us - via e-mail, fax, telephone or filling in the form - please wait for our response before proceeding. After we receive your inquiry, if the accommodation chosen by you is available we put an option on it (provisional booking) and send you our e-mail reply. If you like to proceed with the booking, you are requested to do that usually within the next 48 hrs. If we don't receive any confirmation from you by that time, we consider that you are not interested in our accommodation offer .

· our response will be about the accommodation you required; in case your first choice is not available, we'll offer you other options .

· You'll be free to decide if you want to consider our suggestions or not.

· In our e-mail reply you'll find confirmed the accommodation mentioned with features and precise rates, the deadline for making your reservation, the booking procedure and the cancellation policy.

· If you decide to book you'll have to send the data required by fax to the number specified in our e-mail.

You will be requested to pay a deposit which depends upon the accommodation you are going to book. Please note that each accommodation has its own booking and cancellation policy. This specific booking rules will be provided together with the accommodation offer and the booking and cancellation policy will be clearly stated in the fax you are supposed to send in order to definitely book the accommodation. Usually it is possible to pay the deposit or to guarantee the reservation via credit card.

· As soon as we receive all your data we'll send you our written confirmation by e-mail or by fax (at your convenience).

Cancellation Policy

Please note that the cancellation policy differs from accommodation to accommodation. Since Italia Lodging doesn't manage the accommodations directly, the final booking agreement will be between you and the accommodation. It will be our duty to inform you about the cancellation rules together with the offer we send you by e-mail. All the communication and information we provide to you are intended to be on behalf of the accommodation innkeeper, under our control and supervision. The cancellation policy and the penalties you are supposed to pay in case of cancellations will be clearly stated in the booking fax you have to fill in, sign and send to our booking office when you make your definitive booking. We kindly ask you to read carefully the booking fax you will be sending, so you are correctly informed about the specific booking rules.

Specifications about our booking service

Ulisse 2000 S.r.l., the company that manages Italia Lodging®, works only as intermediary between you and the innkeeper to make your booking easier. Our service is absolutely FREE of charge for you, so there is no extra cost if you book the accommodation you like via Italia Lodging.
The innkeepers of the accommodations listed with us give to us formal obligation that the information given about their inns are true and we report their data with NO DISCREPANCIES, but
Ulisse 2000 S.r.l. cannot be considered responsible for problems, misunderstandings, and controversies between the customer and the innkeeper and possible discrepancies between the description given in these pages about their inns and the reality.
We work seriously and hard to be precise in our information and communications, and our network is intended to offer only well managed and well kept accommodations. We choose what we offer!
