REVIEW:
We only stopped in Sperlonga for one night enroute between Rome and the Amalfi coast. We found Sperlonga (and the Marconi) to be a lovely spot to rest and rejuvinate before carrying forward with our trip. The inn is nicely situated, overlooking the sea, yet part of the old town. Friendly service, SPOTLESSLY clean, comfortable, and charming. A nice breakfast buffet was included, the hosts were most acommodating in offering us the different options available in rooms (we ended up taking the top level with it's own terrace and a enjoyed a lovely sunset) - and they even chilled our wine in their own freezer as we were a bit late in arriving. We would stay again.

REVIEW:
Marconi is a lovely little family run hotel. The rooms were average (the beds hard as a brick) but clean and had all the necesseties. Excellent location on the footstep to both the beach and the walk up to the old town, with its charm and lovely restaurants. The view from (I believe all rooms) is absolutely astonishing. To the left you see the old town and straight ahead the ocean opens up and you can see out to the island of Ponza. A definate recommendation!

Ho trascorso 12 giorni durante il mese di agosto presso i Giardini Margius insieme a mio marito e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è confortevole e soprattutto tranquilla e ben organizzata senza eccessi. La titotale, Sabrina, è sicuramente un punto di riferimento validissimo in quanto la sua disponibilità è totale ed è persona gradevolissima nella conversazione, un'ottima cuoca e capacità organizzativa indiscutibile !!
Unico punto, a mio parere, da migliorare leggermente sarebbe l'ultimo tratto di strada circa 500 mt. x arrivare all'agriturismo, senza eccedere, però una sistemata in alcuni punti non sarebbe male !!!
Lo consiglierò a nostri amici in quanto è un posto dove oltre a rilassarsi il contatto con la natura è veramente impagabile con una vista mozzafiato !!! Il tutto in Italia in una piccola località come ITRI !!!!

REVIEW:
Just got back from 3 night staying in Hotel Marconi and we really couldn't fault the place. We are 3 girls living in London who wanted a quite weekend break by the beach and Sperlonga couldn't have been more perfect. It is a quaint little town just an hour away on the train from Rome and Hotel Marconi is in an amazing location looking right on to the beach. We were lucky enough to get a sea view (ask for room 29- it has the biggest balcony!) the bathroom was really clean and modern and although quite small was really clean and still definitely had room to swing a cat! (as there were 3 of us they put in a camp bed but was still comfy) The breakfast was simple but really nice, with fresh coffee, croissants, fruit etc. With the hotel also came complimentary sun loungers (they are 10Euro otherwise). The only downside for us was the staff were not very friendly, I dont know whether this was because we were English or whether they were like that to everyone, anyway only a minor point, if you are English maybe go with a few Italian phrases under your belt as they don't speak very good English. On the whole a lovely hotel and very good value for money.
