Padula A tourist location known for the Carthusian Monastery of San Lorenzo, one of the most amazing and grandiose monuments in Southern Italy, Padula rises on a hill dominating the Diano Vallum, whose remains are kept in the Archaeological Museum, set up in the "Chiostro Grande" Cloister in the Carthusian Monastery.
