The Relais-Hotel "San Lorenzo" is a noble palace of the XV century in Lucca, unique in its architecture. The palace has been built by the distinguished family Orsucci from Lucca. In the following centuries a nobleman from the House of Bourbon, one of Napoleon`s ministers - descendant of Elisa Bonaparte - and important prelates of the pope resided in this palace. Today it offers its guests the charm of a historical significant edifice with the interior design of a luxurious hotel, a place of leisure in the historical centre of Lucca.

Holiday House Lodging & Cooking is part of an old country house from the eighteenth century where is the seat of the International Academy of Italian Cuisine of the chef Gianluca Pardini and accommodate 3 delicious apartments in the areas once reserved for the servitude of the Lords.The house still features its original structure: the kitchen (reserved to the Academy of Italian Cuisine) and the living room on the ground floor and the accommodations at the first floor.Brick floors and ceiling with wooden beams are original and it is furnished with typical pieces of furniture of the Lucchese tradition, conjugating the heat of the ancient country house to the modern comfort.
