Choosing a B&B can often be a bit of "hit and miss". Well, the warm welcome at B&B Pegaso for four touring Australians put us at ease immediately. Antonella and Roberto were most hospitable and their ability to speak excellent English made our stay even more relaxed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, the beds most comfortable with good linen. We were slightly out of season and snow fell on this beautiful vineyard landscape making it a most spectacular site to wake up to. Breakfast was home baked bread and muffins, juice, cereal and Roberto makes an excellent espresso doppio. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst not on our itinerary, Roberto was most helpful in guiding us through the snow covered roads to make sure we headed in the right direction. By chance (?) we stopped at one of the local wineries, Villa Merighi, where the local hospitality continued to flow (other than for me as the driver!). We had an excellent tour and tasting and managed to buy some excellent wines. If you are visiting Lake Garda or Verona, you will not be disappointed with a stay at B&B Pegaso. I'm a particularly "fussy fellow" so my score of 8/10 may seem a little harsh. Slightly difficult to find and I found myself comparing breakfast with some French B&B's where we had stayed..but, this is Italy. Congratulations Antonella and Roberto. We were excited to find the b+b as we drove further into pretty vinyards, only a few minutes from Vallegio. The b+b was situated on top of a small hill away from the hustle and busle, we were in our own beautiful quiet place with sceinic views across the hills. We were welcomed with open arms and offered food and directions for our day, once we had been shown around. Over the next two days we were close enough to have a wonderful time in Verona and lake garda making sure one of the nights we weren't home to late so that we could sit with the lovely couple whose b+b it was, drink local wine, talk about the surrounding area and then go have a BIG bath. Its a pleasure to write a good review as Antonella and Roberto were lovely, and we had a great time. Thankyou guys :) and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

Ottimo , accogliente e famigliare , unica pecca la mancaza di sapone in bagno ( tra l'altro spaziosissimo e con vasca idromassaggio) a saperlo prima lo portavamo da casa ma non lo sapevamo.
