REVIEW:
LOVED Case Rosse! The people who run the farmhouse are charming, helpful, and very friendly. The view of San Gimignano and surrounding vinyards is stunning, the rooms are VERY clean and comfortable, and it is a romantic, relaxing getaway. It was further away from San Gimignano than we thought, so be sure to rent a car or be ready to pay a bit for a taxi ride into town. Also, be sure to bring cash as they do not take cards for the remaining room balance. We had a WONDERFUL stay and would highly recommend it!

Very clean and very comfortable, spacious and charming. Magnificent views and vistas. Friendly proprietors. Be sure to shop for breakfast needs before checking in, its along way up and down the mountain on a winding road. Would gladly go back again.

Our stay here was magnificent. The B&B is family owned and operated, they are friendly people with the most adorable golden retriever. The view is spectacular and provides wonderful photo opportunities of San Gimignano at a distance, which changes colour during the various times of day. The room is clean and comfortable, centrally heated, the bathroom (ensuite) is small yet meets all needs and the water pressure in the shower is superb. There is a full kitchen with fridge which allows you to eat in on those occasions you grow tired of restaurants. A separate room with lounges and a table for relaxing in doors. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Comfortable chairs and small table on the lawn overlooking the town of San Gimignano as well as the property olive grove provide well for sunbaking and picnics. We highly recommend this place to stay. We loved it.

Very hospitable, warm and friendly hosts who responded quickly to any additional requests we had.. A lovely location with wonderful outlook over the hills towards San Gimignano. Delicious breakfast in the home of the owner, , Rooms lovely and big, with excellent bathrooms facilities .
As a new zealander we normally have access to hot water for tea/ coffee making in our rooms or nearby which was the only issue. However our hosts brought us over hot water for tea and coffee in the evening which we appreciated .
We would stay there again.. and very affordable .
