REVIEW:
Excellent hosts and room accomidations. Both the husband and wife were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us get around. The location was right accross from the Villa D' Este Garden. The roof top garden was lovely. The only negative was it is located up three flights of stairs. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

REVIEW:
Very nice B&B with a lovely roof terrace and in a great location in the centre of Tivoli, right opposite the entrance to Villa d'Este, so in an excellent place to get in early before the crowds. The host, Fabio, was charming and very helpful. The rooms could do with a little updating but everything is perfectly fine for a short stay.
