The farm-house is on the shore of the Lake of Bolsena. Our Farm consists of kiwi, plum and olive orchards. One of these, which covers about 10 hectares (over 22 acres), is centered around an old stone farmhouse dating back to 1850 and its attached rural buildings. The complex has been restructured into eight apartments able to accommodate from 2 to 7 people with a large grassy area in front for relaxing and playing.

"I Giardini di Margius" is a Country House created by the desire to give life to a place free of the conformism of modern society, within a friendly atmosphere in which privacy is a peculiar characteristic. The structure is surrounded by hills and valleys and is just a few kilometres from the town of Itri in the province of Latina in the lower part of Lazio, along the old Appian Way, in a gorge between the South-Eastern slopes of the Aurunci Mountains, also known as the birthplace, in 1771, of the famous brigand Fra' Diavolo.

This farm residence, 550 metres above sea level, is a farm company spread over 44 hectares where cereals, fodder and all kinds of vegetables are grown and farmland animals are bred. The residences have all mod cons and have been restructured to guarantee those who stay here old-style charm. The large garden, over 5000 square metres, boasts a swimming pool which adds further to your relaxation time.

The enchanting Sant'Angelo farmhouse company is in the pre-park area right near the Natural Reserve in Monte Rufeno, on the border between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, near Lake Bolsena and the finest cities of art in Central Italy. Located on a hill which offers a truly stunning panoramic view, this farmhouse company is the ideal place for spending some quality time in close contact with nature. The country house offers four independent apartments which are elegantly furnished and four banquet rooms. The farm also has a small country church which has been recently restructured.

The Farm holidays "Il Meleto"is situated in the splendid Valley of Civita di Bagnoregio, place of ancient origins and rare beauty, near the border between Lazio and Umbria. In these places the nature shows her most flourishing and wild appearance, with woods of chestnuts, olive's trees, and pastures that extend as far as the near Valle dei Calanchi. Inside this scenery of particular natural beauty is placed the Casale Meleto, ancient building in stone and tuffs, recently restored with attention, in the respect of original style.

LB Stud farmhouse is located in the green countryside close by Bracciano. You will find the well-known Mediaeval Orsini-Odescalchi castle at Bracciano, the Etruscan necropolis at Cerveteri (14 km) ) and Tarquinia (55 km) and the Caldara natural park.
