REVIEW:
6 Porte Guesthouse was a pleasant accommodation. Marco, the owner was very helpful. I speak no Italian and he spoke very good English. The guesthouse was very clean, attractive, and relatively handy to Mantua. The breakfast was adequate and Marco always made sure I could enjoy the news on TV in my native tongue.
My only complaint is the terrible restaurant across the street. It was the only one and seeing that I was dependent on the bus, I could have enjoyed a better eating place. Perhaps Marco could invest in a better eatery for his guests.

REVIEW:
A warm welcome from delightful hosts. We were given a large room with a luxury wetroom and a very comfortable bed. The Corte is perfectly located in peaceful countryside only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful old city of Mantova. One of the best places we have ever stayed in. We will probably return one day. Delicious breakfasts included homemade bread and preserves.

REVIEW:
Mantua (Mantova) is a city not to be missed but is thankfully missed by many tourists and is therefore more of a quiet provincial ancient town but with wonderful buildings, churches & squares and a great atmosphere; surrounded on several sides by a lake.
Armellino is just off the main square and is portion of what was a palace. Beautifully restored it is full of atmosphere with massive bedrooms with really comfortable (large) beds & the wonderful breakfasts are served by the kind host in a lovely dining room. It is fantastic value. Dont be put off by the shared bathroom arrangement which caused little problem to us - it meant that on occations we had to dally a little longer in our wonderful bedroom

Struttura nuova e molto accogliente. Camere spaziose e molto eleganti. Bagni con finestra e tanto spazio. Un ottimo rapporto / qualita prezzo. peraltro si dorme benissimo, c'e' molto silenzio. Facile da raggiungere, vicino all'autostrada, ma in posizione tranquilla. Ideale quindi per visitare le citta vicine di Verona e sabbioneta. Il centro di mantova si raggiunge in 5 minuti. Colazione ricca
