COMMENTO: The hotel is absolutely charming. It has great personality and we enjoyed the antique feel of it. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was simple but very adequate. The position in the heart of the village (in the main square) was ideal, and we did not mind the steep climb up some steps to get to the hotel (this could be a problem for the less mobile).

COMMENTO: Very comfortable accommodation, rooms nice, decorated in a typically tuscan style and great view over Gaiole. Lots of steps leading up to the B&B made it hard work with the cases! Breakfast simple, not a lot of choice but adequate.
