We stayed in the annex part of the hotel about 2 blocks from the main hotel in April 2012. We had no issues at all with this as the annex had wonderful large rooms and a lovely outlook across a neighbouring courtyard full of greenery and trees. We even heard lawns being mowed - in Venice! The...

Great little hotel, good location away from the crowds and majority of tourists, yet easy access to St Marks Sq and surrounds. Breakfast a bit crowded, be a bit earlier then we where. Would stay here again; request a room with a view of the canal or lagoon worth the cost. Bathrooms a bit small, but...
