In Pisa, just a stroll away from the famous Piazza dei Miracoli and San Rossore Nature Park, the residence is immersed in tranquillity and the greenery of the Mediterranean vegetation. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The complex is also provided with ample parking. A Fitness Centre is available for the customers. It is equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, and aromatherapy showers, relax rooms with herb teas, massage and beauty treatments. The swimming pool in the residence owes its beauty to the mosaic tiles. Its rectangular and semicircular shape copies the architecture of the residence complex and includes the central garden. In the semicircular pool it is possible to sit in the water, enjoying the freshness at the water's edge and the heat of the sun. An area of Florence terracotta tiles is all around the swimming pool.

Guests can visit, by foot, bicycle or horse, the San Rossore Park, with its extraordinary beauty of flora and fauna, enjoy the beauty and atmosphere of the Arno river and its outlet, celebrated by the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, or in just a few minutes arrive in Piazza dei Miracoli to visit the leaning Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the monumental Camposanto, the museum of Sinopia and that of the Cathedral. Furthermore just a few kilometers away one reaches the sea ( marina of Pisa and Tirrenia) or the Versiliese coast, Torre del Lago, Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi.
