This villa is strategically situated in the heart of the Florentine Chianti area, in the medieval Commune of S. Casciano Val di Pesa.It is only 12 Km far from Florence, in the direction to Siena. All around unique and unforgettable panorama.

Each bedroom with private bathroom with hairdryer has sat- television, telephone, air conditioning, mini-bar, internet access. All the rooms have all been elegantly furnished with many antique pieces, in keeping with the style of the villa.

The swimming pool is situated on the west side of the property, in a point offering marvellous views of the valley below. There is a hydro massage in the corner (top left) for complete and utter relaxation. The swimming pool is open from 9am to 7.30pm between April and October.

"The ancient name "I Barronci" derives from the name of the first owners, the Baronci family, in the XIIth century. During the XVth century the estate became the property of the Gianfigliazzi family, then in 1771 was acquired by the Pierozzi family who transformed the original country house into the villa as it is seen today."
