Immersed in the Iblean countryside, rich with olive and carob trees and Mediterranean plants, Masseria degli Ulivi is welcoming structure, carved from an antique country home of the late 1800's.

Surrounding the baglio, (the typical, internal courtyard of the rural Iblean architecture), common areas have been inserted: restaurant, bar, reception, hall, all characterized by the warmth of the traditional local materials, dark wood for the ceiling beams and handmade Sicilian cotto to the floor tiles.

In the restaurant of Masseria degli Ulivi is possible to enjoy a cuisine attentive to preservation of dishes and flavours of the regional tradition, based on the use of rigorously selected local and seasonal products of high quality.

Similarly, the cantina offers a wine list with an ample and careful selection of the best Sicilian labels.
