Lying in the heart of the green hills of Umbria, the L'Agave B&B is an ideal place for a peaceful stay while finding calm and serenity in close contact with nature. Thanks to its geographically central position, L'Agave B&B is an economic and easy starting point for discovering the cultural and artistic treasures of Umbria and neighbouring regions.

Rebuilt in the traditional style on the foundations of an old house, the buildings are situated on a 32-ha (79-acres) farm consisting of woods, meadows, olive groves and cultivated fields. Facilities consist of 3 rooms as bed & breakfast. Large and luminous, the rooms are provided with en-suite shower rooms.

The rooms are situated in an independent building, around a patio and a large terrace where breakfast is served.

A separate, 70-m2 (700 ft2) self-contained apartment, consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two single beds), a lounge with an open fire, a galley kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, a large terrace surrounded by greenery and a barbecue.
