A very nice country house 3 kilomtres outside Montecatini Val di Cecina, Tuscany

Agriturismo Il Frassinello is a beautiful Tuscan country house surrounded by silent oak woods at 500 m. upon sea level. The famous Costa degli Etruschi is not far away, indeed you can see the coast and the profile of Isola d'Elba while you are swimming in our wonderful panoramic swimming pool.

The estate surrounding the house is perfect for walking and mountain biking, there is also a horse riding centre 2 Kms far from us.

Il Frassinello is a quiet shelter in the middle of nature. You are in the heart of Tuscan countryside but in half an hour you can reach superb beaches for sunbathing, swimming, sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. We have 4 apartments at your disposal and 2 double rooms.

If you need a break from a stressful routine in a caotic city, Frassinello is the right place. Have a walk in our garden full of flowers and aromatic plants, read a book on the garden seat under the linden tree, take your time and relax.

Volterra with its monuments, churches and museums is 25 minutes by car and we are not far from Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena.

The nearest village is Montecatini Val di Cecina (3 km) with an ancient guard tower, an interesting Mine Museum (there was a very old copper mine), a minimarket, restaurants and pizzeria.
