The Tuscany Country House Villa Il Borraccio is located halfway between Siena and Florence close to Barberino Val d'Elsa, a very old village with medieval walls. Villa Il Borraccio is beautiful villa carefully restored and divided into three apartments, located in the Chianti area. This is one of the most typical and famous regions of Tuscany. Among its hills, rich in vineyards and olive trees, some of the most important wines of Tuscany are produced.

In one of the apartments live the owner's family, the other two apartments have their own independent entrance and each one has its own private outside space with chairs and table to have lunch and dinner outdoor with a wonderful view on the Florentine hills.

The third apartment is in the dependence of the villa.

The medieval Village of Barberino is located on top of the hill in overlooking the entire valley till San Gimignano, at a distance of 22km, and its famous towers. At a distance of 8 km is Poggibonsi, Siena is 45 km and Florence 30 km away. All can be easily reached via the Florence-Siena motorway, only 4 km far.

We are in the most precious area of Chianti, with its typical villages and famous farms producing premium and worldwide known wines.

A big and panoramic pool is at client's disposal, from here it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view on San Gimignano.

Each apartment enjoys Satellite TV and cousy furniture. Central heating. Laundry service available by the owner (Euro 3,50 each). Parking space inside. Baby beds available upon request.
