The indipendent apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed of a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a double room with two beds, a bathroom and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa- bed and a SAT TV.

The apartment opens out to the garden where there're table, chairs and a barbecue area for eating outside or for relaxing.

Car-parking just outside the estate. At guest's disposal bikes with which you can cicle through the countryside.

The position is suitable to visit artistic towns as Assisi, Montefalco, Todi, Spello, Bettona, Collemancio.
