The hotel, was been created by the Maria and Michael Rossi in 1964, and untill today it has always been managed by the Rossi family. In 1997 the last restructuring has been completed and today the hotel is endowed with the most modern comforts and in compliance with the EEC criteria.

The Mediterranean style complex is in a panoramic position as it leans out the tourist port of Leuca where the Adriatic sea meets the Jonio. The hotel rises on an area of 7.000 square metres and it has a surface of 4.000 square metres.

The hotel has 54 rooms with air conditioning, balconies with the sea view, panoramic view of the two seas, direct phone, television, frigobar, ample baths with shower, hair dryers .

Besides the hotel is provided with elevator and communicating rooms through wide balconies.

The hotel is also provided w ith laundromat, panoramic swimming pool with cafè and barbecue, restaurant, conference hall, internet point, parking, garden, wine cellaar and terraces.
