In a charming position with a view of San Gimignano among the Classic Chianti hills, the "Rosae Villa" bed and breakfast is immersed in the green nature and peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside. At the entrance to Colle Val D'Elsa, a characteristic medieval town in the Siena region, the bed and breakfast is just 15 minutes from Siena and 30 minutes from Florence. Furnished with antique furniture which has been cleverly restored, the villa is the result of careful building and craft work applied to an old colonial home which dates back to the Eighteenth Century.

Anna and Mario, the owners, spoil their guests with all sorts of attentions and treats: you will find "grandmother" bed sheets in your room and you can enjoy the wonderful breakfast in their dining room which boasts top-quality silver cutlery and crystal glasses.

The bed & breakfast offers two double rooms with independent entrances. The first room is on the ground floor and you can add a third bed. It has an independent bathroom with a shower and looks onto a fine garden, where you are free to while away your time. The other room is on the first floor and has an independent bathroom with a bath-tub. As well as the rooms, the bed & breakfast offers an annexed outbuilding which has a large bedroom, a special cooking area and a bathroom with a shower.

Delicious cakes, fresh fruit salad with "limoncello" lemon juice and. a whole series of other secret treats of Tuscan cuisine are served as breakfast.

The guests can also make use of the nearby golf club, where the owners are members. Those who want to taste the excitement of this sport have the chance to receive 2 lessons from the owner.
