Villa "La Paiola" is a newly-built residence constructed from an ancient villa. It is very elegant and in total harmony with the local nature, offering a splendid view of the Vico Lake. Consisting of independent apartments, as well as being the ideal place for sport and relaxation, it is the ideal starting point for trips discovering the ancient necropolises of Etruria and Tuscia and, of course, cities of art like Rome, Viterbo and Siena.

The residence consists of six completely-independent apartments, each with its own entrance and private garden. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped; you will not fail to notice the elegance, with ancient fireplaces and furnishings.

Villa "La Paiola" is located within a Natural Park Reserve looking directly onto Vico Lake. You can use Vico Lake, where internal-combustion engines are not permitted, to practise sports like swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing and charming horse rides around the lake.

The residence's park runs alongside the Cassia Cimino state highway. A normal bus service links Villa La Paiola with Rome. You can also get to Rome easily by car in less than forty minutes.
