The fist apartment, the studio apartment, is made by a small entry with kitchenette, bathroom, one bedroom with own balcony; the second apartment, is made by a bed room with own balcony, a living room with kitchenette, bathroom; the third unit is made one bed room with access to the balcony, a living room (with access to the balcony) with kitchenette, bathroom.

The position of Villa Pollio is particularly strategic: the bus connecting to Sorrento and to the other destinations of the Peninsula is just 10 meters away, while the Circumvesuviana Station is just 50 metres away. The beach is a few metres away.
