Villa Imperatrice is a lovely villa located just 100 metres from the town centre of Sant'Agata, along the road which leads to the Bay of Nerano, well-known for its wonderful beaches and little bays. Surrounded by two hectares of woods with quality Mediterranean scrub plans, this villa offers a marvellous view of the "Li Galli" Islands. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the town centre where you will find shops of all kinds, bars and restaurants. The sea, then, is easy to get to: just 10 minutes by car or local bus service. The villa has two floors and has partly been constructed with volcanic tufo stone and partly in chalet style. The ground floor has a comfortable fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and the dining room with its stunning breathtaking panoramic view. The first floor has a lovely living room, with a sofa, table and TV, which opens onto a large panoramic terrace, two bedrooms (one of which is a double room, the other having two single beds) and a second bathroom with shower.
From here, you can go off on several wonderful excursions. Capri and the Amalfi Coast are easy to get to but Nerano itself offers lovely little characteristic homes of amazing charm and elegance: this place really deserves a visit. It is also just a few kilometres to the Bay of Ieranto, the famous Natural Park which boasts amazing fauna and flora.
Staying at Villa Imperatrice, then, guarantees a relaxing holiday of sea, sun and amazing panoramic views in total independence.
