The "Poggio delle Civitelle" farmhouse residence is right in the heart of Umbria, between Bevagna and Gualdo Cattaneo, Perugia. Located in the green Umbrian hills with a lovely panoramic position 600 metres above the sea, the farmhouse residence develops over about 400 hectares. This area, then, is full of olive groves and imposing tall trees. "Poggio delle Civitelle" belongs to the "Azienda Agraria Antinori Anna Rita" Company and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy close contact with nature, in independent apartments and rooms, all furnished extremely stylishly and elegantly.

The structure is organised into independent apartments and rooms all part of the main building, apartments positioned about 200 metres away and bungalows positioned about 600 metres from the country house.

The farmhouse residence offers guests here 15 rooms (doubles, triples, 1 quadruple and 1 Suite). All the rooms have satellite TV, telephones and mini-bars. There are seven rooms on the ground floor; seven on the first floor and the Suite is on the second floor of the main building. The furnishings are extremely elegant: wrought iron (beds, chairs, mirrors and dressing tables, etc. - the work was done by local craftsmen) and wood are the main elements used. There is parquet flooring in all the rooms. Three rooms have nice balconies. The Suite has a 360° terrace and wonderful panoramic view.

There are 27 apartments, with one, two or three bedrooms, in the complex, all furnished with care and attention, with fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms and satellite TV.

In the restaurant, you can enjoy top-quality DOC and DOCG wines (Sagrantino di Montefalco, Red "Montefalco Rosso" and Grechetto dei Colli Martani) and extra-virgin olive oil produced here by the farmhouse company. The meat comes from our own livestock and the vegetables and cheeses are also produced here by the farmhouse company. The restaurant also has a Pizzeria and Bar section.

Guests are allowed to make full use of our swimming pool, reading room, table tennis tables, games area for the kids, soccer pitch and park for picnics and barbecues. On request, you can play tennis, go horse-riding in the mountains, go on mountain bike trips, visit the local olive press and go off on mushroom-picking weekends.

The farmhouse residence also has a small consecrated Benedictine church.

The splendid area in which the farmhouse residence is located is the destination of many pilgrims every year as it is a place of major religious significance. In Bevagna, you can visit the ruins of the Castle of Antignano and the Thirteenth-Century Tower.
