When you arrive at the Podere Le Chiastre you have the sensation that you overlook the valley,
a large meadow seems to do as balcony on it ,and the little streams bound the property. Encircled by the green parks of Tuscan-Emilian Apennine, the farm land spreads out for about 12 hectares Our territory is very various: there are woods of Turkey oaks, meadows of sweet herbs and Lucerne (grass for cows), groves of junipers and dog-roses, several fresh streams and obviously " Le Chiastre" , the big typical stones that give the name to the farm.

Made out of an antique hayloft recently renovated, the Bed & Breakfast consists of 3 double rooms with a shared large bathroom, and a big living room. In this nice living room, ideal for meetings and party, there are the breakfast area and a comfortable reading and relaxing space.
The rooms furnishings style are modern and linear, and the beds are very comfortable with orthopaedic mattress and anallergic pillows.
All the windows of the building are provided with double glasses that allow the sun light to enter the house all the day.
From the living room you enter directly the night area : bed rooms and bathroom.
Great attention is reserved to removing of architectural barrier, to allow the access of guests with deambulation problems, both in the house and outside ( both day and night rooms in the house are on the same level). As a matter of fact, even though the farm is encircled by meadows and woods, the area round the bed & breakfast is paved and ,stone skids put in crucial points, allow these guests to easily move and reach the adjacent meadows.
