The "Palazzo Ciompi", once known as the "Pascolutti-Giani Palace", is right in the historic city centre of Florence. The building dates back to the Nineteenth Century and has 21 very new and lovely independent apartments. Palazzo Ciompi has been recently restructured, both inside and outside, and the choice of furnishings and finishes guarantees a luxurious, elegant and romantic atmosphere.

Every independent apartment has its own heating system, air-conditioning, telephone and sockets for Internet connections and satellite TV. They also have kitchens or mini-kitchens which are fully equipped with cooking surfaces, electric ovens, dishwashers and fridges. Each of the floors, then, has washing machines and tumble driers which guests here are free to make use of.
This "Palace" has two modern lifts for getting to all the various apartments and a private internal car park with room for 12 or so vehicles.
The "Palace" also has a reception/porter service available to guests here round the clock for whatever needs they may have.
In the past, the "Palace" was home to the "Accademia dei Risoluti (The Academy of the Resolute)", which gave birth to the theatre at the time called the "Alfieri" theatre.
