Mary and Rose is a warm and welcoming Bed and Breakfast located in Magliano Sabina, in the vast Tiber Valley on the border between Umbria and Lazio. In the perfect strategic position, the B&B is the ideal starting point for visiting several cities of art in Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. The B&B is located within an old country house which has recently been restructured and is immersed in the lovely green nature of a large park, the ideal place for a nice holiday in the lush beauty of the Sabina region countryside.

"Mary and Rose B&B" offers guests here two large and comfortable bedrooms, both of which have private en-suite bathrooms inside, TV, heating and lovely views of the garden and the pretty tree-lined lane surrounding the B&B. Mary herself makes the fine breakfasts which are served in an elegant dining room/kitchen. When you just want to relax in the Summer and Spring, make use of our cool veranda or the nice gazebo in the large green and flowery garden.

There are just so many nice things to do around here. Start with enjoyable horse-rides at the local equestrian centres. The great position of the B&B allows you to get to several areas of cultural and general interest in no time at all, like the ancient Abbey at Farfa, interesting medieval towns in Gallese Orte and Narni, places like Orticoli and Calcata and, of course, the stunning Marmore Waterfalls in Terni.
