Strategically located between Tuscany and Liguria, where you can bask in the beauties of two of the most beautiful regions of Italy, "Marina & Carlo" Bed and Breakfast is a country house in the hills, right in the middle of an olive grove, ten minutes from the sea and with a spectacular view of Monte Marcello, Valle del Magra and the jagged coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Both Cinque Terre and Lunigiana are really near, with their wonderful landscapes.

The house, right in the middle of an olive grove, is on two floors and its pink facade is shaded by a thick pergola of kiwis and other creepers, where the guests can have breakfast or even dine in the warmer season which, in Liguria, means most of the year.

The owners were the first in the area to start up a Bed and Breakfast and have now become real professionals, always reliable and great for providing information about the area.

The breakfasts are unforgettable, rich in Ligurian specialities, like the various types of bread and the famous "focaccia" breads.

You can reach the Bocca di Magra beach by car in a few minutes and it is only half an hour to Lucca and Tellaro, a fishing village on the Ligurian coast. In the town, you can visit a permanent Local Wine show while the local parish church has the beautiful "Crocifissione", a work by Bruegel Il Veccio.

Carrara, with its famous marble quarries, is only 20 minutes away. It is also easy to get to Cinque Terre and the broad Lunigiana region, with its historical attractions and landscapes. Sarzana is just 10 minutes away.

The rooms are furnished in style and with attention to detail. A double or twin room with window doors looking onto the garden. On the first floor, a double room with bathroom.
