La Rosa sul Mare, a recently-build exclusive structure with comfortable apartments/suites, is immersed in an oasis of scents and colours produced by the typically Mediterranean vegetation of the area. The complex is located in the most suggestive part of the Plemmirio nature park and sea reserve in Siracusa with its white rocky shores and flowery terraces gently sloping down to the sea. La Rosa sul Mare provides its guests with exclusive apartments, which overlook the sea and are carefully appointed with nineteenth-century Sicilian furniture. All apartments come with a balcony and/or terrace offering stunning views of the sea, and are equipped with a kitchen and/or kitchen corner, colour TV, telephone with direct line, safe, hairdryer, and air-conditioning. In addition, each apartment is provided with security systems, including a burglar alarm, fire proofing, and smoke and gas detector. Car park (not guarded).
The complex overlooks a white rocky shore of incomparable beauty, easily reachable from the apartments by a comfortable flight of steps. Suggestive and panoramic are also the overflowing swimming pool from which, completely immersed in the water, you may admire the coastline that reaches as far as the southern tip of Europe (Capo Passero). The swimming pool is surrounded by a pleasant garden of white rock and plants, among which palm trees, caper plants, agaves, and chamearops.
The complex is situated 7 kilometres from the archaeological park of Siracusa, the historical centre of Ortigia and the archaeological museum. Shops and restaurants are also nearby, as well as a nautical club where it is possible to moor and haul small boats. On request, you can rent a car, scooter, bicycle, and sailing and motor boat, while there is also the possibility to make use of a Diving Center that has an agreement with the PADI and SSI.
