"Il Reale" is a refined countryside Villa with a private garden and swimming pool, recently-restored and divided into three large apartments, one of which has a particularly attractive independent entrance and garden. This pretty farmhouse is completely fenced in and located near amazing Assisi (about 5 km away). Its extremely central position makes it perfect for those who want to visit all of Umbria, especially the numerous small towns which characterise the Umbrian Valley: we highly recommend walks and bicycle trips in these lovely areas. The apartments, then, are furnished in a fine rustic style, are extremely cosy and refined and have lovely porticoes. The garden, of course, is ideal for dining outdoors.

The entire structure (divided into three large apartments) consists of 6 double bedrooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and two other kitchen units, as well as 3 living rooms, 2 of which have nice fireplaces.

A lovely portico makes the outdoor area even prettier: it is equipped with tables and chairs for dining outdoors, as well as garden furniture. The garden itself is very large and has a lovely swimming pool which is suitable for both adults and children, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and toys and games for the kids.

Those concerned about looking after and pampering themselves can book massages in the villa or in the garden or full treatments in the Villa Salus wellness centre (part of the property), with free shuttle service enclosed. For dinner or lunch, if you wish, you can cook for yourselves in the kitchens in the apartments.
