Villa Il Palagetto is surrounded by the gentle hills typical of the Tuscan landscape, full of olive tree groves and vineyards which produce exceptional extra virgin olive oil and excellent Vernaccia wine. In the nearby garden you will find a renovated barn now used as the breakfast room.During the summertime guests can enjoy the swimming pool set within the greenery and tranquillity of the outdoor areas adjacent to the accommodation. You can also take advantage of a free tasting of the Niccolai Estate wines in the Palagetto farm structure.
La Torre apartment is an extremely spectacular apartment, spread out over three floors, is situated on the first floor of the ancient medieval tower. Upon entering you will find a living room with fireplace with the ancient heraldic emblem of the previous owners above it. Going up two stairs you will access the dining room with terrace and a small kitchen. On the second floor is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom, while, going up to the top floor (third floor), in the top of the tower, is a splendid double bedroom with bathroom. It is possible to access the Il Fattore apartment by means of a doorway: the two structures can therefore, on request, be rented together for particularly numerous groups.
Il Fattore apartment is situated on the first floor with independent access, the apartment is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, a fireplace, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is possible to access the La Torre apartment by means of a doorway: the two structures can therefore, on request, be rented together for particularly numerous groups.
L'orcio is a delightful apartment, situated on the ground floor with access from the private terrace, is made up of a dining room with cooking area and sofa bed and a double bedroom with bathroom.
La Mezza Torre is situated on the first floor, is made up of a living room with cooking area and sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom with a king size bed.
As alternative to independent apartments Palagetto Guesthouse places at the disposal of its guests a few bedrooms also available for short periods of time. The bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Palagetto Guesthouse offers bed & breakfast service; breakfast is served in the furnished room situated in the garden that surrounds the GuestHouse.
