The Hotel Désirée is located in the enchanting Spartaia gulf and has direct access to a private beach of fine sand. The Elba Island, with its subtle charm, was also chosen by one of the best known lyrical singers of this century, Tancredi Pasero, who retired at Spartaia, naming his villa Désirée. Somewhat later the villa was changed into an hotel, but keeping up the original familiar environment.
