Built out of an old colonial home, the "Hotel del lago", as the name suggests, faces onto the Lake of San Cipriano, near San Giovanni Valdarno, about 30 kilometres from Florence and Arezzo and 45 kilometres from Siena, in the heart of green Tuscany. Immersed in the splendid backdrop of the Chianti and Pratomagno mountains, the "Hotel del lago" is in Cavriglia, near San Cipriano, and is easy to get to coming from the "Valdarno" and "Incisa" exits on the A1 Motorway.

Open all year round, the "Hotel del lago", has 28 rooms (16 doubles and 12 singles) with private en-suite bathrooms, showers, hairdryers, colour TVs and telephones.
Here, we also offer a TV room with bar, a private park, a car park for cars and buses, a nearby restaurant (3800 metres away; those staying at our hotel get very special prices), local tennis and horse riding centres, not to mention mountain-bike trips.
It is also just a few kilometres if you want to visit splendid art cities among the most amazing in all of Italy, such as Florence, with its stunning monuments and the most famous art gallery in the whole world (Gli Uffizi), Siena, famous for the Palio, and the lovely little medieval town, San Gimignano, just thirty kilometres from our hotel.
