The Derby Club Residence is a magnificent Tyrolese style building right in the heart of Folgaria, a pretty mountain town at 1168 metres above sea level, with a lot of snow in Winter and a particularly dry and sunny climate in Summer. Folgaria will meet the needs of even the most demanding: the wonderful landscapes of Trentino Alto Adige guarantee fun and peace and quite at the same time.

The interiors at the Derby Club have been designed to guarantee all mod cons and have been taken care of down to the minimum detail to ensure you have a wonderful stay here in a warm family environment.
Furnished in a warm and comfy Tyrolese style, the residence offers guests here one-, two- and three-room apartments which can house up to six people.
All the apartments are characterised by excellent exposure to the sun and have living rooms with mini-kitchens, electric grills, fridges, satellite colour TVs, telephones, tables with corner benches, double sofa beds or single armchairs. The bedrooms are all fitted with safes.
All the apartment have large terraces, with the exception of the three facing onto the inside of the building.
On request, you can ask for cots for the kids, highchairs and feeding bottle warmers.
The Derby Club Residence has a reception which is manned 24 hours a day and has two lifts, a TV room, a living room, a Tyrolese "stube (parlour)", table tennis tables, a garden with sun beds, an outdoor games area, a garage and a ski storage area. We also provide a washing machine and tumble drier (extra).
The Derby Club Residence also offers an enjoyable daytime and evening entertainment service, for both kids and adults!.
In the centre of the town, then, you will find a whole series of restaurants, pizzerias and boutiques and nighttimes lovers will find a whole range of discos and pubs open until dawn.In Summer, we provide our guests with mountain bikes for lovely trips to Folgaria and surrounding areas.
For ski lovers, the Folgaria Ski Carousel complex is just one kilometre from the residence. In just a few minutes you can get to one of the prettiest cross country skiing tracks in all of Trentino: over 30 kilometres of track ideal for all requirements: top class, learners or those who just want a bit of fun, with the wonderful Alpine mountain backdrop of the Coe Pass, at 1600 metres above sea level.
Near the Salizzone track, then, you will find a new circuit dedicated to having fun with snow mobiles and quads.500 metres from the Residence, then, you will find the Folgaria "Palasport" Sports Centre, with fitness equipment, volleyball and basketball courts, an ice rink, an Olympic size swimming pool and a nice little swimming pool for the kids. We have a special agreement with the "Palasport" so you are guaranteed a special welcome and free entrance.
