The Costa Paradiso Village is situated between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo in an authentic corner of paradise that covers a territory of some 800 hectares, a major part of which has been turned into a natural park. Beaches and rocky stretches of shore, intimate coves along a crystal green sea, secluded spots, and breathtaking tracts of land form the surroundings to a number of apartments and small villas. The village is fully immersed in the colours and scents of its typically Mediterranean vegetation ("la macchia"), and while at different distances from the sea virtually all residences enjoy a position with fine views.

The Village is constituted of detached and semi-detached villas of different sizes, some of which with a swimming pool, and apartments that rise up around the prestigious Sporting Residence. The complex is provided with all activities and services necessary for a comfortable stay.
The small villas are all within a 600 metres' range from the sea. Some of these form part of terrace complexes, while others are arranged in small pluri-family clusters of one-storey buildings with a garden. In the immediate vicinity, you find a commercial centre and two storage centres for small boats.
The apartments are grouped around the prestigious Sporting Centre, where all the various recreational and sports activities are concentrated.
The villas are scattered around the village, at a 200 to 2000 metres' distance from the sea. Nearly every villa enjoys a location with panoramic view, while they all have a terrace, patio, garden, and independent access.
The small villas with swimming pool - which are all exclusive - are situated in various parts of the village. They all guarantee a stupendous view of the nearby sea, which is at a distance of 800 to 2000 metres. This is without a doubt the most prestigious location on offer.

There are 2 commercial centres, supermarkets, a boutique, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, an ice-cream shop, sports stores, a butcher's shop, a greengrocer, a gastronomic centre, restaurants, bars, and a confectioner's. The Sporting Center boasts 2 tennis courts, a multi-purpose ground, an Astroturf soccer field, 2 swimming pools, 2 bars, a ground for beach volley, bowling, and archery, a children's playground, an amusement arcade, a piano bar, a theatre, and an open air disco.
On the village grounds, there is also a modern and well-equipped diving centre home to qualified instructors, authorised to release international certificates and whose activities include guided excursions, diving sessions (also nocturnal), and the providing of underwater photographs and video registrations, gas cylinder recharges, and assistance.
