Just 5 km from Trapani and a few metres from the town centre of Paceco, here you can enjoy a panorama dominated by the age-old olive groves typical of the Sicilian landscape, where the air is full of the unmistakeable aroma of jasmine and fruit trees. This, then, is what you will find at "Baglio Costa di Mandorla", a farm guesthouse company right in the centre of one of the nicest tourist areas in the Trapani region. Here, we produce some of the most well-known local products so you can combine good food and wine with the natural and archaeological wonders of this enchanting part of Sicily.

The building, which dates back to the end of the Nineteenth Century, has been recently and completely restructured and is divided into three completely independent apartments. Each of these apartments consists of three bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and an internal courtyard. Guests here also have access to the following: a swimming pool, a solarium, a bowling green, an outdoor games area for the kids and a stunning panoramic veranda which looks onto the wonderful Aegadian Islands and Erice Valley. This veranda, then, leads onto the farm land.

The farm guesthouse company is owned by the Di Vita family who have been producing extra-virgin olive oil and local jam made from bitter oranges (prepared personally by the owner using an ancient family recipe) for many years now. The company also produces the characteristics local jasmine ice-cream.

"Baglio Costa di Mandorla", then, is right in the centre of one of the nicest tourist areas in the Trapani region. From here, you can visit the Aegadian Islands and their crystal clear waters, the "Saline di Trapani (Salt mine)" nature reserve, the "Stagnone" nature reserve, which also boasts little Mothia island, Erice, a Elimo-Punic city, with its truly stunning Cyclopean walls, Segesta and its fine temple and the Greek Selinunte, as well as the world-famous "Zingaro" nature reserve and its uncontaminated waters and, last but not least, the beach at San Vito Lo Capo, a very popular tourist resort.
