"Minerva" is the name of this pretty apartment located in the heart of the city centre of Syracuse, on the Ortigia island. Ortigia, which the Ancient Greeks have chosen as the best place to found the town, is connected to the new part of the city through the "Ponte Nuovo" (New Bridge). The apartment is in a picturesque alley, very close to "Piazza Duomo" (Dome square). It is on a ground floor of a historical building which has completely been renovated in 2004 to make it as comfortable as possible for guests.

"Minerva" is composed of a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with a double sofa-bed, a beautiful matrimonial sleeping-room and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is provided with TV, DVD player, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave with grill, iron and radio-CD player.
The apartment can host up to 4 people and is therefore ideal for families and small groups of friends. Weekly cleaning, bed-linen and towels are included in the rate. Electricity is extra and has to be paid according to consumption.
The location is just perfect for tourists who are interested in visiting the town, but also spend some time at the beach. The apartments is at only 150 metres from the sea, where you can find two solarium, a cliff and a small sandy beach. The area is also plenty of pubs, restaurants, bars, shops and groceries.
