In the heart of Chianti in Tuscany Italy, between Radda and Gaiole, immersed in a beautiful natural surrounding, a few minutes from the famous castles and hamlets of the zone, we find a prestigious and particular Hotel, the Ultimo Mulino. L'Ultimo Mulino, one of the best hotels in Chianti Tuscany, originally was a Medieval Mill, has been carefully restored respecting its original historical structure, while at the same time allowing for all the modern amenities and comforts of a top Hotel. Modern and past are always mixed up, the modern swimming pool was the water millpond for the activation of the wooden wheel. The terrace where now you can enjoy breakfast and lunch, used to be the storeroom for the corn.

At our restaurant, located on the terrace near the small river, we serve the typical food of the Tuscan tradition, recipes we found reading our Grandmothers copy book of recipes. We pay attention on the products and goods we use, and modify the menu according to the seasonality of the products. Upon reservation we can buy and cook for you almost any kind of gaming, vegetables etc. Should you like to eat the famous T-Bone steak we will take you to our butcher's shop to let you choose your own "Fiorentina".
