Filippo and Rachel Fiorentini invite you to our San Fabiano country estate and open our farmhouse for splendid holidays, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. San Fabiano farm estate and castle of the Count Fiorentini is located in the Arbia valley, just 12 km south of Siena, a perfect central rural location to visit hill towns such as Murlo, Montalcino, Arezzo, Cortona, Pienza, and much more. These ancient buildings are surrounded by 1800 acres of durum wheat fields, sunflowers, vineyards, corn, oak woods, lakes and two streams: the Arbia and the Biena.

Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest one of the San Fabiano country estates, dating back to 1750. Beautifully restored, it has all comforts. Apart from the owner's apartment, it offers 4 self-catering suites, with air conditioning, and an independent villa called Le Tortore.

Suite il Vino: A large bedroom with beamed ceiling, living room with two single sofa beds a bathroom with shower, large kitchen and dining room with access to the patio, satellite TV with VCR. Suite Il Pino: A large master bedroom with view on the valley, en suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub combination, kitchen, living room with pull out double bed, satellite TV with VCR. Suite il Forno: A master bedroom with stunning view on the valley, en suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub combination, living room with two single sofa beds, kitchenette, satellite TV. Suite Il Pozzo: lovely loft, with vaulted roofs, at the ground floor, king size bed, en suite barthroom with shower, living room with pullout double bed, kitchen, indipendent entrance, satellite TV. Cottage La Torre: Independent villa, with fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, master bedroom, a second bedroom, two bathrooms, VCR, DVD, kitchen, view on the valley.
The converted stable offers a special atmosphere around the fireplace for family reunions or cooking lessons, and for music (HI-FI, Organ, Grand Piano)
Under the roofed area, "al fresco" you can prepare fantastic grills or just relax. By the solar heated pool, you can refresh from April to October.
