The Villa Patrizia B&B is in Capoterra in the province of Cagliari and is run by Patrizia and her family. The recently-built Villa is within a nice residential village, completely surrounded by woods, in the village of Poggio dei Pini. This village also boasts two mountain lakes, home to various species of aquatic birds, including swans. The B&B faces one of the enchanting lakes in the village so the views from the B&B are truly spectacular!

The three suites on offer here are all totally independent, large, comfortable, air-conditioned, private and quiet. They all have personal bathrooms and offer marvellous panoramic views of the lake!

Accessing the Villa from the Breakfast Room, the first suite you will see is the "AMBRA (AMBER)" suite, about 37 square metres, which sleeps up to four people. The "SMERALDA (EMERALD)" suite, as well as a bedroom and mini-kitchen, also boasts a private veranda. Finally, the "RUBINIA" suite: a complete 50 square metre apartment with two separate areas (Day and Night areas).

In the good weather, you can enjoy your breakfast in the arcade veranda and, in the Winter, in the Breakfast Room which is furnished in fine Sardinian style, with a nice fireplace.

The fine outdoor areas and the barbeque terrace here at Villa Patrizia give you the chance to spend some relaxing moments in the open air with a fine view of the lake.

The peace and quiet of the area makes it perfect for walks, horse riding or cycling. You can get involved in as many sports as you like thanks to the nearby sports centre. You can also visit the old country churches all around, the nearby astronomic observatory and a whole range of archaeological and natural delights.

The wonderful position of the B&B means you can also easily get to the nicest beaches in Southern Sardinia, on both the Eastern and Western Coasts, discovering unspoilt beaches boasting crystalline water and dunes of sand whiter than you ever imagined.

The B&B is also where the Sulcis Park starts off, the biggest acorn forest in the Mediterranean, offering wide varieties of flora and fauna, as well as the Sardinian deer. The park also has a WWF oasis.

Villa Patrizia, then, is the ideal place for those who want just about everything: art, nature, sea, woods, lakes. all within arm's reach!
