Casetta Francini is a country house located in the Alta Maremma, close to the village of Civitella Marittima, a region between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto that contains many traces of the historic traditions. The villages of the area, largely based on agriculture, are surrounded by dense Mediterranean scrub with an exceptional rich variety of plants, including oaks and cypresses.

We offer accommodation in six traditional and comfortable rooms and two apartments. Swimming pool 14x7 m.

Wild boar, deer, hare and pheasant can be found within this rich environment, to together numerous species of birds.

Casetta Francini is an ideal base in order to explore more celebrates areas of the Tuscany: from Siena to the sea of the Maremma, from the Val d' Orcia to Metalliferous Hills, from Monte Amiata to the Montalcino with its wine.

It is possible to rent car and to buy olive oil, wine, cheeses.

It is possible too a trips with historical steam trains and vintage diesel railcar.
