A certified organic farm with high quality hospitality in Maremma, Tuscany

Riparbella lies in the south of Tuscany, in the Maremma. From the grape-entwined pergola there is view over our olive grove to the historic town of Massa Marittima. In clear conditions you can even see the mountains of Elba and Corsica on the horizon.

Riparbella is surrounded by 46 acres of its own woodland and country which we cultivate according to organic guidelines, certified ICEA. Below the pergola you find the long rows of artichokes, our vegetable and fruit gardens and the herb beds with rare, cheerful blooms of sage and mint varieties.

In the converted guesthouse there are 11 roohms with shower/WC, two covered terraces, the restaurant and the library as well as the bar. We have carefully renovated all buildings according to ecological standards.

"Riparbella" in musical italian suggests pleasurable seclusion. The first impressions ring true: this is a place for easy relax: reading, sunbathing and country strolls. But Riparbella is also a perfect base for sports and cultural exploration. And the most beautiful beaches are nearby!

Our cuisine has a definite Tuscan flavour to it - and is light and imaginative. We use home-grown products and those ouf our surroundings: mushrooms, wild asparagus and even wild boar. A real holiday spot!
