Comfortable and hospitable apartments in the countryside of Cortona, Tuscany

The house includes 5 apartments finished with care and well-equipped. The apartments, from two to four beds, are furnished with antique or old stile furniture (kitchen and living room made of solid wood, wrought iron beds) and are provided with every comfort (TV, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, barbecue, drinking spring-water from tap, autonomous heating, etc).

Each apartment is provided by a set of necessary products (tea, coffee, seasonings, sugar and salt, detergents, etc), linens, towels and cooking utensils. A cradle for a baby can be provided if requested at the moment of booking.

Different types of apartments are available: - Apartment composed by double bed room, living room with kitchen area and bathroom; - Apartment composed by two double bed rooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Two apartments have a spacious terrace that is provided with table, chairs and deckchairs to have dinner at open air or to spend relaxant hours being glad of the environmental harmony, of the suggestive sight of the hill of Cortona and of the Val di Chiana.

The villa is provided by a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) equipped with hydromassage jet and upstream swimming. Private car park. Bicycles to go for a ride and a pond for sports fishing. Nearness you can find riding track, sports facilities, tennis court and car rental with the opportunity to have guided tour.

The beautiful sight of the hill of Cortona, the peaceful park and the quiet country of the Val di Chiana will allow you to enjoy the harmony of your holyday "nest". The nest is, for us, symbol of comfortable house, quiet and sweet familiarity of loves.
