I Mori Gelsi - Fattoria Spinola lies in the heart of an historic DOC wine Estate, near Perugia, Assisi and other towns of art. The property has been renovated respecting the ancient origin, with every comfort, close to vineyards and orchards. It offers a calm and elegant environment for relaxing stays in nature, it is particularly suitable for couples and families as well as for the elderly and the disabled. Pets are welcome.

I Mori Gelsi is composed of 3 independent apartments of differents sizes. Each apartment is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and style and equipped with linen, independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Each apartment has its own private patio in the garden equipped with table, chairsd and barbecue.

Guests can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view, relax by the swimming pool and taste the organic orchard products.

Upon arrival, guest will find a lovely welcome basket with brakfats and complimentary wine.
