The main structure is located on top of Quarto Caldo reef, not too far from the small town's centre. The property extension follows the natural rock declivity, each structure carefully lying besides vegetation and trees, of which some have become the heart of the indoors decoration in a poetical and harmonious style.

All guestrooms are sea front, decorated with valuable fabrics and the best care in every single detail. Each room has its private bathroom and comfort equipment.

The whole surrounding is a fascinating play of changing colours. An immense landscape discloses 365° around the residence. There is Torre Fico Bay to the south, surrounded by the waves of the most beautiful blue sea. The Pontine Islands to the north, gleam as big emeralds of the sea and seem to make the horizon even larger.

Indoors, the candid white of the walls, the vaulted ceilings, the arches, brick and stone doorframes and the fine antique art decorations all over, will gift your stay with an exclusive atmosphere of charm and relax.

There is a rich breakfast service from 8:00 to 12:00, at the panoramic terrace by the shadow of a chestnut wood pergola. There is also a room service at guest request.

At sundown, you will relax while drinking any of the special appetizers from our winery enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful sunset views. Charming evenings and dinners take place in the terrace from 18:00 to 24:00, lightened by the million stars in the sky, far beams from a distant light tower, waving lanterns of boats at sea, the house lights from Ponza Island, and a silver moon slowly rising from the sea of your dreams.
