In Capo d'Orlando, in Sicily, with a gorgeous sight on the Aeolian Islands, Villa Anita is built just on the sea and inserted in the green which is above a reef reachable by a footpath made of rocks in the vegetation. This position is considerate unique because of the view, the quiet and the peace. Despite its tranquil position all the tourist sights, including the port and the renowned Lido San Gregorio, are just 400 meters far.

The villa has been restructured rigorously. It offers seven mini-flats with a balcony facing to the sea (sleeping from 3 to 6 people), provided with: air conditioning , kitchenette, TV, parking and swimming pool (6x12 mt).

The furnishings have been carefully selected taking care even to the smallest detail with cherry-wood furniture. Every balcony-solarium is supplied with external deck-chairs and tables.
